We currently have offices in Cape Town and New York, with plans to expand further. 

Our range of home healthcare services includes critical care, step-down critical care, rehabilitation and long-term chronic care, as well as visiting homecare services such as short-term nursing and physiotherapy. 

This is all supported by our team of skilled medical professionals, including nurses, physiotherapists, medical equipment specialists, nursing attendants, and doctors.

Director of Sales

Branda Jacobs serves as the Director of Sales at CareFirst Medical Supplies Company, where she leads a dynamic team focused on delivering customized solutions to healthcare providers and institutions across the country. With a career spanning over 17 years in medical sales and business development, Branda brings deep industry expertise, customer-centric strategy, and a passion for building strong, lasting partnerships. Under her leadership, the sales organization has expanded into new markets, strengthened client relationships, and consistently exceeded growth targets. Branda is known for her ability to translate complex customer needs into tailored product offerings, and for fostering a sales culture grounded in integrity, responsiveness, and results. Before joining CareFirst, Branda held senior sales and account management roles in the healthcare and medical device sectors and regularly speaks at industry events on topics such as healthcare sales innovation, team leadership, and market expansion. Outside the office, Branda enjoys volunteering in community health initiatives and mentoring young professionals entering the medical sales field.

David S. W. brings over 25years years of supply chain and logistics leadership to his role as Supply Chain Director at CareFirst Medical Supplies Company. With a sharp focus on operational efficiency, strategic sourcing, and resilience planning, David oversees the end-to-end supply chain network that ensures the seamless delivery of critical medical products to healthcare providers nationwide. David is known for driving innovation in procurement, optimizing supplier relationships, and leading cross-functional teams through complex logistics challenges—particularly in times of global disruption. His data-driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement have been instrumental in scaling CareFirst’s operations and maintaining a strong, reliable supply chain. Prior to joining CareFirst, David held senior supply chain roles in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors, where he consistently improved turnaround times, reduced costs, and implemented sustainable supply practices. Outside of work, David is passionate about mentoring the next generation of supply chain professionals and staying at the forefront of advancements in supply chain technologies and sustainability.
